Role & Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.
Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to design efficient, scalable database structures.
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs.
Implement authentication & authorization (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
Write scalable, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Optimize application performance and database queries.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
Ensure security and data protection best practices.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines for deployment automation.
Implement caching strategies using Redis or similar technologies.
Debug production issues and participate in code reviews.

Skills & Qualifications :

1-8+ years of experience in backend development.

Strong expertise in Node.js (Express.js or similar frameworks).

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL & MongoDB.

Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

Strong understanding of Git and CI / CD pipelines.

Experience in Docker & Kubernetes is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
