Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Coordination Skills : Close open positions on time by assisting with recruitment coordination and follow-ups.
- Onboarding & Engagement : Manage the employee onboarding process , including induction, orientation, and documentation.
- Organized & Systematic : Handle attendance processing , leave tracking, and coordinate with payroll for accuracy. Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Empathetic & Approachable – Addresses employee queries with professionalism and a people-first approach.
- Champion People Process : Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day operations , including HR administration, policy implementation, and employee engagement activities. Provide support for HR audits and data management.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws : Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Administrative Management – Ability to handle vendors, contracts, procurement, and workplace upkeep.
- Be the go-to person—present, approachable, and dependable.
Who we’re looking for :
