Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver hands-on training in Automation systems and Pharma Validation . The role involves designing training modules , mentoring candidates , and preparing them for industry certifications , regulatory audits , and interviews . This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in pharma automation , CSV , and regulatory compliance who are passionate about teaching and career development .

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct training on Automation systems ( SCADA, PLC, DCS ) and Pharma Validation ( CSV, IQ / OQ / PQ, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5 )

Build modules covering regulatory compliance , audit readiness , and data integrity

Guide candidates on preparing Validation Deliverables : URS, Risk Assessment, Validation Plan, Protocols, Reports

Mentor on real-world pharma validation projects & case studies

Prepare scenario-based interview questions on pharma automation + validation failures & troubleshooting

Conduct mock interviews ( technical + regulatory ) with structured feedback

Train on career certifications : ISPE, GAMP, Lean Six Sigma, CSV

Help rewrite resumes and project stories for pharma automation / validation roles

Requirements :

Hands-on expertise in Pharma Automation ( Siemens / Allen Bradley PLCs, SCADA, MES )

Strong knowledge of Validation ( CSV, Equipment Qualification, Process Validation )

Familiarity with FDA, EMA, MHRA guidelines & regulatory inspections

Prior training / mentoring experience preferred

Excellent documentation & communication skills
