Job descriptionMBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent, with 6-8years of experience (5+ in a leadership / generalist role). Experience in waste management, recycling, manufacturing, or logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, waste water management Strong knowledge of labour laws, multi-site workforce management, and EHS practices. Strategic HR planning and execution Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Hands-on operational HR management Labour law and statutory compliance expertise Change management and organizational development Empathy and cultural sensitivity, especially for field and plant teams Excellent written and verbal communication Hands on experience of any HRMS Exposure or experience of working with latest AI tools relevant for productivity and functional ease
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR strategy aligned with business and sustainability goals.
- Lead recruitment across plant, field, and corporate roles.
- Oversee HR operations, payroll, and compliance with labour and EHS regulations.
- Build capability and performance programs for a diverse, purpose-driven workforce.
- Foster employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Support ESG and CSR-linked people programs.
