Senior Video Editor- Job Description
As the Senior Video Editor, you will own the end-to-end video editing process and
play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced through videos. You will bring
creative ideas, experiment with storytelling styles and adapt content across platforms
to maximize engagement.
Responsibilities :
- Edit raw video footage to create polished and visually appealing videos that
effectively showcase our jewelry products.
Perform color correction and grading to ensure the videos accurately represent thejewelry products and align with our brand's visual style.
Edit and mix audio elements, including background music, voiceovers, and soundeffects, to ensure the videos have a professional and engaging sound quality.
Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance the videos' visualimpact and convey key information effectively.
Work closely with our creative, brand, digital marketing, social media and contentteams to craft compelling videos for social media, e-commerce, digital ads and
in-store displays.
Organize and manage video files, ensuring they are properly stored, labeled, andaccessible for future use.
Ensure that the final videos meet our brand's quality standards, including videoand audio quality, adherence to brand guidelines, and overall production value.
Provide creative and technical guidance to junior editors or freelancers whenrequired.
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field is preferred.5+ years of experience as a video editor, preferably in a similar industry or withexperience in product-focused content.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.Strong understanding of color correction, grading, and audio editing techniques.Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.Ability to convey key messages effectively through video.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
