Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 junior data scientists, providing guidance, technical oversight, and professional development support.
• Strategic Direction : Define the technical roadmap and strategy for data science initiatives in alignment with broader business goals.
• End-to-End Project Delivery : Drive the complete lifecycle of data science projects, from problem definition and data exploration to model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Business Impact : Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights, analytics, and AI / ML solutions that deliver significant business outcomes.
• Technical Execution : Architect and implement robust data pipelines and analytical frameworks using technologies such as Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Advanced Analytics : Conduct in-depth analysis on complex datasets, with a particular focus on time series data, to uncover trends and patterns.
• Innovation & Research : Stay current with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, including Generative AI, and evaluate their potential application within the company.
• Communication : Clearly communicate complex findings, methodologies, and project outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
