Finguru is looking for a Tech Support Engineer to support internal IT operations and assist in testing newly developed applications , identifying bugs, and ensuring smooth functionality.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 / L2 technical support for systems, applications, and hardware.
Troubleshoot OS, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops / desktops and user access.
Test applications developed by the internal team and identify bugs.
Document issues, track them through ticketing tools, and follow up for resolution.
Perform regression testing after fixes are deployed.
Maintain IT inventory and support routine IT operations.
Prepare basic documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support.
Basic knowledge of application testing, QA, and bug reporting.
Strong troubleshooting skills across OS, hardware, and networks.
Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, Freshdesk, etc.).
Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Degree in IT / Computer Science preferred.
