The Government and public sector transactions services is part of EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Services which is a network of highly skilled professionals from assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, devoted to serving the government and public sector organizations and institutions.

The practice combines private sector leading practice with an understanding of the public sector’s diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services. Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EY’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team, working with leading businesses across a range of industries. This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firm’s sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights.

The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste & Sanitation, Power & Utilities and Public Finance & Management.

SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory :

Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to today’s toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proficient in providing project management support to effectively execute ongoing advisory projects within the infrastructure domain. Experienced in conducting pre-feasibility studies for land parcels, focusing on identifying revenue monetization strategies aligned with client objectives. Skilled in drafting and developing comprehensive land policy documents that support the L&E department's initiatives for GCC lands. Ability to formulate and implement short- and medium-term strategies aimed at enhancing land monetization efforts with measurable outcomes. Adept at coordinating among diverse stakeholders to ensure timely project updates and preparations for Commissioner reviews.

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil

Experience

• 3 to 6 years
