About the Client

Recfront is hiring on behalf of our client, a health & wellness company  that delivers both innovative products and services to consumers across markets. With a strong mission to improve lives, they’re scaling rapidly and building digital platforms to power the next phase of growth.

They’re now looking for a  Senior Full Stack Developer  to join their technology team, someone who can help design, build, and scale systems that support both product innovation and service delivery worldwide.

Preferred : Candidates from top-tier technology universities (IITs, IISc, BITS, NITs) OR professionals with proven careers at  top-tier global technology or consulting firms  (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Big 4, etc.).

What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable microservices.
  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers across time zones to turn ideas into reality.
  • Own the full development lifecycle — from architecture and development to deployment and performance tuning.
  • Work in an agile, iterative environment where your ideas matter.
  • Ship code to production that impacts thousands of users — fast and frequently.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience  in full-stack development.
  • Education from a top-tier tech university (IITs, IISc, BITS, NITs) OR proven career at a top-tier global technology firm.
  • Expert-level knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Solid grasp of REST APIs, authentication, and data modeling.
  • Experience deploying apps on GCP (preferred) or AWS / Azure.
  • Comfortable with Docker, CI / CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
  • Great communication skills and a “get-it-done” attitude.

  • Experience with NestJS, GraphQL, or serverless architectures.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes or infrastructure automation tools.
  • Experience writing unit / integration tests with Jest, Cypress, or similar.
  • Passion for performance optimization and clean code.
