Role Description

Ditansource is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Development Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the company’s strategic initiatives by identifying market opportunities, analyzing business performance, developing and executing actionable insights to drive growth.

Qualifications

Strong communication and copywriting skills

0–3 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines

Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn

A personal blog, LinkedIn presence, or portfolio is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute of sales and marketing.

Create and schedule content for social media platforms

Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

Collaborate with designers and developers to align marketing with product features

Help grow our user base and community through innovative strategies

Support brand visibility initiatives and engagement efforts

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and new business opportunities.

Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and financial reports to uncover growth opportunities and business risks.

Assist in building business cases and models for strategic initiatives, partnerships, and expansion plans.

Support the creation of client proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
