Cashfree Payments seeks a detail-oriented Solutions Consultant to navigate customers through their payment solutions journey, ensuring success with our innovative products. What You Will Do :
- Customer Onboarding and Support : Lead seamless customer onboarding; provide support via calls, emails, and chats
- Product Mastery and Consultation : Become a product expert; offer tailored advice and strategic solutions
- Onboarding Material Development : Develop, refine onboarding materials to enhance product understanding and adoption
- Account Growth Identification : Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; collaborate on growth strategies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams; address product issues
- Feedback Loop and Continuous Improvement : Analyze customer feedback; recommend product improvements and enhancements
- This is a high visibility role where you collaborate with, and influence, both external and internal stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, actively identifying and driving new customer opportunities that align with their business objectives
- Build a deep understanding of the Cashfree product suite and technology and develop engaging product presentations, prototypes, white papers etc for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering functions, providing competitive intelligence and requirements to drive product enhancements
- Engage in collaborative problem-solving and strategic discussions with sales teams to prepare for upcoming client meetings and during the initial days of the customer onboarding journey
- Conduct comprehensive business deep-dives to gain insights into our customers' specific business problems and challenges, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address those issues
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Cashfree as the leading choice for customers, highlighting our competitive advantages and differentiators
- You will show hustle, take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture
What You Will Need :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology with relevant experience in the Fintech industryStrong Technical acumen with ability to put together prototypes and demos. Preferred : Strong Scripting skills with any scripting languages (Python, Bash Shell etc)Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with varied stakeholders and customers.Prior experience in working with Sales teams to acquire Enterprise and startup clientsSkills Required
