Identity and Access Management Specialist

Covenant HR is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to support enterprises with cutting-edge identity and access management technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining IAM solutions for enterprise identity governance initiatives.

The responsibilities of this role include configuring and customizing connectors to integrate with Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS / Workday, and REST APIs, developing custom connectors and workflows to streamline identity onboarding and provisioning processes, utilizing PowerShell and JSON scripting for automation, configuration, and optimization of identity-related tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement IAM policies, procedures, and standards, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IAM integrations, connectors, and workflows, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all IAM implementations, providing technical expertise to both senior and mid-level team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and mentorship, supporting ongoing enhancements and upgrades of IAM systems, participating in daily standups and collaborating closely with global stakeholders during EST working hours, documenting system configurations, workflows, and operational procedures for reference and knowledge transfer.

This position requires strong experience in IAM, ideally with certification in SailPoint Identity Security Engineer, hands-on experience with connectors (AD, Entra ID, HRIS / Workday, REST APIs) and custom connector development, strong scripting skills in PowerShell and JSON for automation, configuration, and onboarding workflows, and strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
