Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to research, prospect, and qualify leads across target segments including retail, e-commerce, pharma, automotive, and digital agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and research ICP-aligned accounts.
- Execute structured outbound outreach across channels.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of marketing, digital, and e-commerce leaders.
Qualification & Discovery
Conduct initial qualification calls.Score and segment leads based on intent and fit.Tailor Yarnit’s value proposition to personas and industries.Collaboration & Handover
Work with the Growth Sales teams to schedule demos and discovery sessions.Maintain clean CRM hygiene and structured notes.Share market and customer insights with Marketing and Product.Execution & Metrics
Meet and exceed targets for outbound activity, SQLs, and pipeline value.Run experiments to improve conversion rates.Use Yarnit’s internal AI tools to accelerate research and outreach.CANDIDATE PROFILE
Must-Haves
1–3 years of SDR / BDR experience in SaaS, MarTech, enterprise tech, or e-commerce.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Research ability and persistence.Ability to operate in fast-paced environments.CRM experience.Nice-to-Haves
Experience selling to CMOs, digital teams, or e-commerce operators.Understanding of AI or marketing technology.Ability to craft high-conversion outbound messages.Experience prospecting into Middle East / APAC markets.Why Join Us
