We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of IT professionals.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified IT candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates that meet their requirements.
• Handle all aspects of job postings, resume reviews, candidate negotiations, and offer closures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
