US IT Recruiter Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of IT professionals.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified IT candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates that meet their requirements.
- Handle all aspects of job postings, resume reviews, candidate negotiations, and offer closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Expertise in US staffing processes, including W-2, C-2C, 1099, H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.Proficiency in using popular job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote environment.
