Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Coimbatore. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with accurate information regarding course offerings, and assisting them in selecting the most suitable programs. Key responsibilities will include engaging with students and parents to address inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets. The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
• Customer Service expertise to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver an excellent experience.
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques with the ability to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
• Understanding of the Education sector and its dynamics is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant bachelor's degree preferred, along with prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field.
