We’re looking for a proactive and customer focused Relationship Manager to strengthen our connections with sellers, partners, and customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and customers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Act as the primary point of contact for sellers and customers, addressing queries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Assist sellers with product listings, pricing, promotions, and operational guidance on the platform.
Support in acquiring and onboarding new sellers, explaining platform benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner or customer concerns efficiently.
Monitor and evaluate seller performance and satisfaction, suggesting improvements where needed.
Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure retention and build trust-based relationships.
Gather feedback and insights from partners to improve platform experience and business strategies.
Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance seller and customer engagement.
Prepare regular reports on relationship management activities, partner satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver high standards of service.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, CRM software knowledge is a plus.
