🚨 We’re Hiring : Technical Recruiter 🚨

📍 Location : Noida

📍Experience : 5-8 Years

🕔 Shift Timings : 10 AM – 7 PM IST

🏢 Work Model : Work from office + Day shifts

🔧 Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Create accurate and engaging job descriptions, and post them across job boards, LinkedIn, and

niche platforms.

  • Implement strategic sourcing channels, including Boolean searches, social media outreach, passi

    • ve candidate engagement, and referrals

  • Conduct screening interviews, technical assessments, and evaluate cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to align on requirements, interview processes, and hiring timelines

    • nes.

  • Build and maintain a robust tech talent pipeline and candidate database for future needs
  • Manage offer process : prepare and negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, ensure smooth acce

    • ptance.

  • Enhance candidate experience with prompt communication, personalized outreach, and timely u

    • pdates.

  • Stay updated on IT market trends, hiring practices, salary benchmarks, and emerging roles in tec

    • h.

  • Represent the organization at job fairs, tech meetups, and networking events for brand visibility

    • and candidate sourcing.

  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per hire, source effectiveness, and provide

    • insights to improve processes

    ✅ Ideal Candidate :

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in IT / Technical recruitment (agency or inhouse), ideally consulting exposure.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Science, Cloud,

    • Cybersecurity).

  • Proficient in sourcing techniques : Boolean search, niche platform recruiting, cold outreach, passi

    • ve talent engagement.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and consultative skills
  • Organized with multitasking abilities to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
