About the Role

We are developing a life-saving mobile app that will transform emergency response, and we need a talented Flutter Developer to help bring it to life. You’ll lead the mobile development of a cross-platform app that’s designed for low-connectivity environments, featuring real-time communication and offline functionality. Working closely with our backend team, you’ll ensure the app is secure, reliable, and offers an intuitive, seamless user experience.

What You'll Build

Offline-first user flows with local data storage
Real-time messaging functionality between users
Push notifications for messages, alarms, and alerts
Image & GIF support (with offline access)
QR code & password-based login flows
Data syncing with the backend when online
Alarm and reminder features
Access to phone camera, volume settings, and other device functionalities
Pixel-perfect UI implementation based on Figma designs

What We’re Looking For

3-5 years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter & Dart

Strong understanding of state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC)

Proven experience building and deploying production-ready mobile apps

Familiarity with offline flows, local storage solutions (e.g., Hive, SQLite), and push notifications

Ability to implement UIs exactly as designed in Figma

A self-starter mindset—comfortable taking ownership of projects and solving problems independently

Nice-to-Have

Experience with real-time features (e.g., WebSockets, Firebase RTDB)

Familiarity with device APIs such as camera , background tasks , and volume settings

Strong understanding of sync logic between offline and online states

Experience in health-tech apps or emergency care technologies
