Oracle VBCS Developer (Contract Position)

Freelance / B2b Contract.

Engagement Type : Full-time, Contract

Location : Remote (Offshore)

Schedule : working hours 9 AM–6 PM UAE Time, Monday to Friday

Start Date : 15 November 2025

Duration : 4 months (extendable)

About the Project

The project involves migrating the customer’s system from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud , developing custom in-house applications using VBCS and ADF , and providing post-implementation support . The goal is to build modern, integrated solutions that enhance business efficiency and scalability.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Developer with a strong technical background in Oracle technologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying modern web and mobile applications integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud using Oracle’s PaaS tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement web and mobile applications using Oracle VBCS.
Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports .
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data integration and reporting.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery .
Provide technical support and troubleshoot integration or deployment issues.
Participate in code reviews , testing, and documentation processes.

Required Qualifications

4–6 years of experience as an Oracle Developer, including hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS .

Strong knowledge of Oracle PaaS tools and Fusion Cloud integrations .

Proficiency in SQL and PL / SQL .

Experience developing BIP and OTBI reports .

Excellent communication skills in English .

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with Oracle ADF , OIC , and Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM).

Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry projects .

Oracle certification(s) in cloud or integration technologies.

Additional Information
