o Senior Presentation Specialist (Team Lead)
Location : Mumbai (India) (fully work from office)Key Requirements :o Strong presentation design skills, with proven experience supporting M&A teams of large global investment banks or teams in leading consulting firms
o Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with additional qualifications / certifications in presentations, graphics, or production
o Ability to deliver high-quality, visually compelling, and brand-compliant presentations under tight deadlines
Core Responsibilities
Detailed responsibilities may include (but not limited to) :Design and develop high-quality presentation templates from scratch, incorporating brand guidelines and visual best practicesTranslate handwritten, scanned, or PDF documents into polished, visually appealing slides using creativity and attention to detailFormat raw presentations to align with standard client templates and brand requirementsIndependently manage projects end-to-end, including direct client interactions, with minimal supervisionApply a self-quality control process to ensure error-free deliverablesTrain, guide, and monitor the work of junior production and core delivery team membersSupport internal initiatives by creating marketing collaterals such as company presentations, sales pitches, brochures, flyers, and event invitesInteract with clients and effectively manage and supervise teams to meet deadlines and quality standardsDesired Academic and Professional Background
Graduate or postgraduate with additional qualifications / certifications in presentations, graphics and production areasPrior experience of supporting M&A teams of large global / investment banks (or their captive / offshore centers), consulting firms, reputable corporates is a must for senior positions while it is desirable for junior level positionso Candidates who have supported similar clients in other KPOs would also be considered
Proficiency in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Adobe Illustrator / Photoshopo Familiarity with other designing tools such as CorelDraw, InDesign, etc. as well as advanced Excel skills (macros, VBA, etc.) is desirable
