Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced ITIL / ITSM Solution Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level IT Service Management solutions. Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow is highly preferred, along with experience in Ivanti or Atlassian platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 ITSM Implementation & Management

Lead ITSM implementations (preferably ServiceNow) from scoping through deployment
Configure core ITSM processes : Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
Design workflows, state transitions, notifications, and approval processes
Ensure platform configurations are optimized and consistent

🔹 Solution Architecture & Design

Design end-to-end ITSM architecture solutions aligned with business objectives

Lead architectural design of complex ITSM implementations across enterprise environments

Create solution prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate architectural approaches

Define technology selection strategies for optimal ITSM solutions
