Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in credit management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and analyze credit data to make informed decisions on loan approvals.
  • Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of credit principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with credit software and systems is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
