The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in modern web technologies, a proven track record of building complex, high-performance web applications, and significant experience in technical leadership and mentorship. You will be instrumental in defining our frontend architecture, setting technical standards, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership & Strategy : Define the technical roadmap and architectural direction for our frontend stack, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Team Management & Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and coach a team of frontend engineers, conducting code reviews, setting development standards, and facilitating career growth.
• Hands-on Development : Act as a senior individual contributor, designing and implementing complex features and critical components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, and backend teams to translate user requirements and design mockups into high-quality, functional user interfaces.
• Quality Assurance : Drive best practices for testing, performance optimization, accessibility, and security across the frontend codebase.
• Process Improvement : Champion Agile / Lean development methodologies and continuous improvement in the engineering process.
