Join MSBC as a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Build High-Performing Tech Teams

We’re seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help MSBC attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent—especially across IT roles. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver a stellar candidate experience while maintaining accurate, timely recruitment documentation.

Key Tools & Platforms

Applicant Tracking & HR Systems : ATS (internal database), HRIS, offer & onboarding trackers

Sourcing & Outreach : LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), social media communities, referrals, agencies

Assessment & Scheduling : Online assessment tools, calendaring tools, virtual meeting platforms

Productivity : Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Docs / Word, Sheets / Excel, Slides / PowerPoint), email, documentation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare clear, inclusive job descriptions and person specifications tailored to each role and team need

Post and manage job ads on relevant portals; track posting status, response rates, and conversion metrics

Source and screen candidates : resume review, outreach, phone / virtual screens, shortlist creation, reference checks; maintain accurate, timely records in the ATS / internal database

Headhunt in niche / critical cases; identify and engage passive candidates through social platforms and networks; coordinate with recruitment agencies as needed

Schedule interviews and manage logistics end-to-end; brief and debrief candidates before / after interviews; ensure consistent communication and follow‑ups

Collaborate with IT hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles

Conduct initial technical screening / assessments (as applicable) to evaluate skills and cultural alignment

Stay current on in‑demand IT skills and market trends to adapt sourcing strategies

Manage vendor relationships (agencies, platforms) and monitor performance / SLAs

Maintain confidentiality and uphold data accuracy, compliance, and a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process

Track and report pipeline health and time‑to‑fill , and proactively drive actions to efficiently and effectively close open positions.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong English communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management

Solid computer proficiency (databases / ATS, spreadsheets, documents, scheduling tools)

High ownership , flexibility, and professional work ethic; comfortable learning new tools and processes

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work with all levels of management and handle sensitive information

Understanding of IT roles / technologies and the ability to align candidate profiles with hiring requirements

Proven ability to partner with IT hiring managers and engage effectively with technical talent

Growth mindset and drive to advance within a dynamic, challenging environment.
