About the Role :
Join our COE Finance Team as an FP&A Analyst and play a vital role in driving financial excellence and strategic insights across the organization. You’ll be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to support smarter, data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with performance insights and key metrics.
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and KPI tracking with business leaders.
- Build and automate dashboards to visualize business performance.
- Partner with Finance Business Partners for performance reviews.
- Lead or support process / system improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with global FP&A teams for ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications :
6–7 years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, or FP&A (Data Engineering background preferred).Strong Excel skills (modelling, pivot tables, macros).Expertise in Power Query, SQL, Power BI / Tableau, and data visualization.Familiarity with Hyperion, Essbase, or SAP is an advantage.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.Why Join Us :
