About the Role :

Join our COE Finance Team as an FP&A Analyst and play a vital role in driving financial excellence and strategic insights across the organization. You’ll be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to support smarter, data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with performance insights and key metrics.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis and KPI tracking with business leaders.
• Build and automate dashboards to visualize business performance.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners for performance reviews.
• Lead or support process / system improvement and automation initiatives.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with global FP&A teams for ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
