Cluster Manager / Bancassurance sales

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive business with the help of a team in the Bancassurance channel .
• Team handling experience is not mandatory , but candidates must have 4–5 years of experience in the Bancassurance channel with a strong career record in the insurance industry.
• Candidates with team handling experience in Bancassurance / Direct / Alternate channels are also acceptable.
• Ensure achievement of business targets with focus on relationship management and revenue growth.
• Maintain a good track record and employment stability .
• Preference strictly for candidates from the Insurance background (other resumes will not be considered).
