Job Description :

Manage and develop a team of insurance agents to achieve business targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor agents for effective sales performance.
Monitor and track team performance, ensuring targets are met.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute sales strategies for agency growth.

Requirements :

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in any sales field (insurance experience is a plus).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Compensation :

CTC upto 5 LPA

Incentives : Up to 3 times the salary based on performance
