German Language Expert - Automotive Domain

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in the

German language (B2+)

and

Automotive domain

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client communication, testing processes, and Agile tools, and will play a key role in bridging technical and linguistic gaps between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead client communications fluently in

German

, including conducting and summarizing meetings in both

German and English

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the

Automotive domain

, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Apply knowledge in

Verification & Validation (V&V)

unit testing

, and

HIL testing

Work with tools such as

JIRA

GitHub

, and

SVN

; experience with

Kanban boards

is a plus.

Contribute to

test planning

test case creation

release planning

, and

sprint planning

Perform

code reviews

, refactoring, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Mentor and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Document technical artifacts and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum

5 years of experience

in the

Automotive domain

Proficiency in

German language (B2 level or higher)

Strong understanding of

testing methodologies

, including V&V and HIL.

Hands-on experience with

JIRA

GitHub

, and

SVN

Basic knowledge of Agile practices including sprint and release planning.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage client interactions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both

German and English
