- Were looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts, drive user engagement, and shape the narrative around our platform's features and mission. You'll work closely with product, growth, and community teams to position Impacteers as the go-to destination for career transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, tools, and services.
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning for diverse user segments (students, professionals, startups).
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback studies to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to ensure feature adoption and user satisfaction.
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social, SEO, webinars) to drive engagement and conversions.
- Build and maintain product collateral including landing pages, case studies, demo decks, and explainer videos.
- Track and report on KPIs such as activation rate, feature usage, and retention.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years in product marketing, preferably in EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of user personas, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with growth tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, Google Analytics.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content strategy skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
