Associate Studio Manager

Look at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily

• Handle client escalations - red level
• Report into City Head on key metrics
• De-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by reportees
• Manage team performance and morale. Hire, Develop, Let go
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication
• require 4 -6 yrs of experience
• 3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects
• B.Arch / M.Arch / Bachelor / Master in interior Designing and equivalent
