    Brand and Communications team within the Marketing function operates in areas of long-term strategic impact which helps in evolving the 3 core pillars around customers, partner ecosystem and people initiatives. As a part of the Brand Communications team, you’ll be stepping into a dynamic environment where innovation and creativity meets strategy. You can expect to be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. You'll play a key role in driving the outward-facing aspects of long-term strategic initiatives, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and applying your expertise to shape the future of our brand.     Role : Manager - Brand and Communication

    Relevant Experience : 5 to 7 Years

    Location : Bangalore

    What You Will Own

    You will own end-to-end brand communication, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels. Lead 360° integrated campaigns, from strategy to execution, driving impact through digital, ATL, BTL, and social. Drive internal and external engagement by tailoring compelling narratives for customers, partners, and employees. Track campaign performance and leverage insights to continuously refine brand and communication strategies.

    Experience You Should Bring

  • Strong storytelling, creative thinking, copywriting, and content development ability.
  • Candidate should have worked on creative campaigns end to end.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of brand identity, positioning, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Ability to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and media planning is a plus.
  • Brownie points if you’ve mastered AI beyond copy writing and basic image generation.
  • What You Will Be Doing

    Brand Strategy & Messaging

  • Develop and implement brand communication strategies aligned with overall brand goals.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across channels.
  • Translate the brand story into compelling narratives for different stakeholders (customers, partners, employees).
  • Integrated Campaign Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, digital, and social.
  • Work closely with creative, media, and social agencies to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and emerging trends
  • Define campaign KPIs, track performance, and optimize based on insights.
  • Digital & Social Communication

  • Oversee social media and online content to maintain brand voice and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to align brand campaigns with online initiatives.
  • Internal Communication

  • Partner with HR and leadership to drive internal brand engagement.
  • Craft employee communication during launches, initiatives, or cultural programs.
  • Analytics & Insights

  • Track and analyze communication metrics across touchpoints.
  • Leverage consumer insights and brand health studies to refine strategies.
