Specialization subjects : Managing Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, Advanced Human Resource Management, Compensation Management, Competency Mapping and Assessment Centers, Human Resource Analytics, Human Resource Information System, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, International Human Resource Management, Organizational Change and Development etc.

Minimum Requirements & Experience

For Assistant Professor level- should have at least 4-5 years of Teaching & research experience with Ph.D.
Candidates must have strong research background with high quality research papers.
Candidates with Corporate / Industrial experience would be an added advantage.
