Karma Club is an exciting travel and lifestyle concept that gives its members exclusive access to a worldwide collection of boutique luxury resorts, eateries, spas, events, and destination experiences. Our office in Bangalore is hiring! That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, travel-driven person who thrives on building dream holiday itineraries, creating lasting experiences for couples and families, and enriching the membership experience through exclusive perks, insider access, and personalised journey planning. You’ll join our sales and concierge team and play a pivotal role in turning Karma visitors into Karma members.
WHAT YOU’LL DO?
- Engage warmly with Karma visitors & members (via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat) to understand their travel dreams.
- Design bespoke holiday itineraries — flights, transfers, Karma resort stays, dining, spa treatments, excursions, and more.
- Close bookings end-to-end : quote, customize, confirm, collect payment, and delight with post-booking support.
- Hit monthly targets for bookings, revenue, and member satisfaction.
- Collaborate with resort teams and partners to curate exclusive offers.
- Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns that inspire members to travel more.
WHO YOU ARE?
1–3 years in travel sales, itinerary planning, or luxury concierge roles (agency, OTA, or club experience a big plus).Fluent in EnglishAirline experience beneficialComfortable with OTA and booking platforms.Target-driven, organized, and empathetic—you remember names and anniversaries.WHAT WE OFFER?
