Job Title :

Client Success Manager — Only Apply if Expected Salary is within ₹4–₹4.5 LPA | Minimum 2 Years Experience Required

Vacancies : Salary Budget :

₹4 – ₹4.5 LPA (Candidates expecting beyond this budget will not be considered)

Experience :

Minimum 2–4 years in Client Servicing / Digital Marketing / Account Management

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Employment Type :

Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days & Hours :

Monday to Saturday, 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM

Interview Process :

2 Rounds (1st Virtual, 2nd Face to Face)

Team Size : 25

Freshers and candidates without digital marketing campaign experience should not apply.

Role Overview :

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Client Success Manager to manage end-to-end client relationships, digital campaign coordination, and performance reporting. The candidate must have strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, paid ads, performance analytics, insights, and reporting. The role requires strong communication, analytical ability, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients with clear and timely communication.
  • Understand client goals and convert them into actionable digital marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for social media, SEO, paid ads, and branding campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and present insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks, KPIs, and performance to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Manage escalations professionally and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Strong understanding of digital ads, social media marketing, SEO, content, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience with performance reporting and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confident client presentation ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and campaign projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment is preferred.
