Lead SAP ABAP Consultant - Support & Implementation

Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Lead a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. Coordinate effectively between offshore and onshore teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Project Implementation : Oversee and participate in all phases of SAP ABAP development, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Technical Expertise : Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design, develop, and maintain complex SAP solutions.
• Stakeholder Interaction : Serve as a key point of contact, communicating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights.
• Best Practices : Enforce best practices for coding, documentation, and quality assurance within the development :
• Experience : A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Leadership : Proven experience in leading a team of ABAP developers.
• Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with various Attributes :
• Exposure to S / 4 HANA conversion or implementation projects.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in SAP ABAP or S / 4 HANA.
