Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, confident, and impactful counseling presentations.
• Manage outbound calls for lead generation and drive admission conversions.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with schools, colleges, and institutions.
• Handle official email communication, including thank-you emails, appointment confirmations, post-PPT updates, and festival greetings.
• Maintain and update the office email directory.
• Record attendance based on executives’ live location updates and ensure accurate entry in the attendance register.
• Maintain inward / outward registers for stock, brochures, letters, and courier documentation.
