About the Role
We're seeking a creative Social Media Manager to elevate our founders' personal brands across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter .
You'll develop engaging content, manage community interactions, and identify partnership opportunities that position our leadership as industry thought leaders .
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each founder's voice and expertise
- Create compelling original content including posts, articles, threads, and multimedia content
- Maintain monthly content calendars aligned with company goals and industry trends
- Transform founder insights into shareable, platform-specific content
Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in the founders' authentic voiceEngage proactively with industry leaders, customers, and community membersBuild and nurture meaningful relationships across platformsManage social media inboxes and prioritize communicationsPartnership Development
Identify and evaluate collaboration opportunities, speaking engagements, and media appearancesRespond to partnership inquiries and coordinate preliminary discussionsBuild relationships with industry partners, media, and event organizersAnalytics & Optimization
