Job description

Architecture & AI Innovation (AI & Healthcare Portal Development)

  • Architect secure, scalable healthcare portals and apps using microservices & cloud-native design.
  • Integrate RAG pipelines, GenAI, and predictive analytics into healthcare solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA / FHIR standards while enabling innovation.

Technical Leadership & Project Management

  • Mentor and lead a team of 5–10 engineers across backend, frontend, and mobile.
  • Champion the use of AI-assisted developer tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI).
  • Deliver programs with PMP / Agile PM governance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage risks, stakeholders, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.

    • Hands-on Development

  • Contribute to the codebase (C# / .NET Core, Angular).
  • Build secure APIs with OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and FHIR integrations.
  • Collaborate with UI / UX teams for patient-friendly digital experiences.

    • Required Skills

  • 10–15 years in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years leading teams.
  • Strong expertise in C# / .NET Core, Angular, microservices, cloud (Azure / AWS).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM certification.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance
