About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Associate to join our marketing team for our brand. This role demands a strong sense of brand voice, creativity, and understanding of content trends across platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content curation, copywriting, and social media optimization (SMO), while being the central point of coordination with external agencies for content planning, creation, and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Content Creation & Curation :
- Write compelling, brand-aligned copies, captions, taglines , and short-form content for all social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Curate relevant and trend-driven content ideas that align with the tone and goals of each FMCG brand.
- Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for product knowledge and brand guidelines.
2. Social Media Management & Optimization :
Plan, build, and maintain monthly content calendars in alignment with campaign goals along with our agencies.Optimize content for organic reach, engagement, and shareability using SMO best practices.Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and platform features across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.3. Agency Coordination & Execution :
Serve as the single point of contact for creative and digital agencies.Ensure timely delivery of creative assets, post scheduling, and media plans.Track deliverables and ensure agency output is aligned with brand expectations.Review and approve content drafts before final deployment.4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting :
Collaborate with the digital team to track performance metrics and provide monthly content performance reports .Suggest content improvements based on data and audience behavior.Conduct competitor benchmarking and share actionable insights.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.1-3 years of experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing (FMCG sector preferred).Excellent command of written and spoken English .Proven experience in copywriting and caption writing for brand communication.Strong understanding of brand tonality, digital storytelling, and audience engagement .Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio , etc.Ability to manage multiple brand pages and projects with tight deadlines.Comfortable coordinating with external agencies and internal teams.Creative mindset with an eye for design and content aesthetics.Skills Required
