Role Description

Provide broker with loan processing support. This includes

Completing servicing calculations under various scenarios

Completing valuations and pricing

Undertaking policy analysis

Manage offshore team members

Inputting Data into Aggregator CRM and ApplyOnline

Document collection and packaging

Packaging lender and compliance documents

Lodging the application and tracking the application till Formal Approval

Actively managing client relationships, collecting additional supporting documentation, and providing loan status updates.to clients

Communicate with key stakeholders including lenders, referral partners and conveyancers.

What makes you the perfect fit

Prior experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry as a credit assessor / analyst or loan processor would be advantageous

High attention to detail and extremely organised

Great at managing workload and prioritising tasks where necessary to meet deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Be willing to work collaboratively and be driven as a team player
