Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships for our digital marketing accounts. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage day-to-day communication across email, calls, and meetings
• Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams
• Coordinate with content, design, SEO, performance, and video teams
• Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure on-time execution
• Share regular performance updates and reports with clients
• Handle client feedback, revisions, and escalations professionally
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of prior experience as an Account Manager / Client Servicing Executive in a digital marketing or creative agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (content, SEO, social media, paid ads, video, branding)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong coordination and project management abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and tight timelines
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRM, or project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience handling US / UK clients
• Background in marketing, communications, or business management

Exposure to performance marketing or analytics
