Requirements
Qualifications Required :
1.Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, e.g., HR, Computer Science, Data Science
2.Demonstrated experience in specific area of digital capability-SAP SuccessFactors HR
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7.Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., SF, CPI, SAC, XML, Azure Dev Ops, ALM test tool, Service Now ticketing tool is highly beneficial
7.Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scope
Preferred Requirements
Demonstrable experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors Core and Talent Management modules across various regions of the world
Demonstrable communication and presentation skills
SuccessFactors Professional / Associate Level Certification in modules like Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation
Good knowledge of SAP Employee Central
Ability to run clear and engaging customer meetings and workshop
