Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach :
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Sales Generation :
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Lead Management :
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Sales Reporting :
- Record call outcomes and sales performance metrics for review.
- Provide regular feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.
Required Skills & Experience
Min 1 years of work experience preferably in telesalesProven experience as telesales representative or other sales / customer service role.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneAbility to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects.Fluency in English and Hindi. Local language is an added benefit.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsGoal-oriented with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to sales success.Skills Required
