The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in content creation, research, journalism or production, with a strong background in podcasting and video storytelling.

Responsibilities

Conceptualise, plan, and produce engaging podcast episodes from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand and target audience.

Coordinate all aspects of podcast production, including scriptwriting, recording sessions, editing, sound design, and post-production.

Oversee video production podcast episodes, including filming, editing, and post-production to create visually compelling content.

Collaborate with hosts, guests, and other team members to develop creative concepts and execute seamless productions.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the production value and audience engagement of our podcasts and videos.

Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and freelancers as needed.

Requirements :

Degree in Media Studies, or related field.

4-5 years of experience in content creation and production, with a focus on podcasting and video production.

Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual and auditory detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a passion for exploring innovative formats and storytelling techniques.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Experience with live streaming and remote recording technologies is a plus.

Experience working with brand solutions and branded content is a major plus.

Understanding of audio and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Audacity a plus.
