Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Clinic Manager based in Bengaluru. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage budgets, and facilitate training programs for staff. The role involves maintaining high operational standards, coordinating with medical professionals, and addressing client needs effectively. The Clinic Manager will also work to achieve performance targets and support the clinic's growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure positive client experiences and effectively manage inter-team interactions.
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management to oversee clinic operations and achieve financial targets.
• Knowledge or background in Medicine to effectively coordinate with healthcare professionals and understand clinic processes.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for team development and maintaining service standards.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and optimize clinic activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in clinic or healthcare management is a plus.
