Job Title : Interiors Operations Intern

Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Duration : 3 Months Internship

Stipend : ₹7,000 – ₹9,000 / month

About Voorent

Voorent is a leading furniture & appliances rental company, now expanding into the interiors segment . We provide hassle-free rental solutions, including delivery, installation, and maintenance. As we launch Voorent Interiors , we are looking for an enthusiastic Interiors Operations Intern to support vendor development, designer outreach, and operational processes.

Role & Responsibilities :

Assist in the launch of Voorent Interiors by supporting operational requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors, suppliers, contractors, and experienced interior designers .
Research and connect with freelance / interior design firms for collaboration opportunities.
Handle data collection, entry, and reporting for vendors, designers, pricing, and project timelines.
Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of interiors projects.
Support the operations team in procurement, documentation, and payment follow-ups .
Create and maintain trackers for vendor & designer performance and operational efficiency.
Assist management in building a designer and vendor database , along with standard operating procedures.
Bringing interiors project by doing tie ups with builders

Requirements :

Pursuing / completed Bachelor's degree (Business, Management, Interior Design, or related fields).

Strong communication & negotiation skills .

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and data handling.

Interest in operations, interiors, and vendor / designer management .

Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
