- Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 years of experience in sales within the NBFC or Banking sector. The role involves acquiring new customers promoting financial products / services and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales cold calling and lead generation.
- Promote and sell financial products such as loans credit cards deposits insurance or investment products (as applicable).
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct customer needs assessments and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM or reporting tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications and post-sales support.
- Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and regulatory guidelines
- Salary Range :
- 25k - 30k
