Responsibilities :

- Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized service.

Qualifications :
Preferably experience in Capillary Technology CRM tools.Proven experience in customer relationship management within the Apparel & Fashion industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse clientele.Proficiency in CRM software and customer analytics tools.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate cross-functional efforts.Passion for the fashion industry, with a deep understanding of current market trends and consumer behaviors.Preferred Skills :
