Role : Senior Client Servicing Professional Corporate Events
Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra
We are an Experiential Marketing agency creating experiences that matter.
We are currently looking for an experienced client servicing professional who is passionate about
creating unforgettable corporate experiences.
Applicants with 10 -15 years of experience in event management and client servicing are
expected to bring a mature blend of relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational
excellence. They should demonstrate a track record of delivering high-impact events while
maintaining strong client partnerships and team performance.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Own the client relationship for key corporate accounts, translating brand goals into
executive-level experiential concepts and event programs
Co-ordinate cross-functional teams (creative, production, experiential, digital, operations,
etc) to deliver integrated corporate events on time, on budget, and to spec.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing corporate clients; upsell multi-event
roadmaps, annual programs, and executive seminars; ensure high client satisfaction and
renewals.
Collaborate with sales and creative to craft proposals tailored to corporate objectives and
ROIs.
Ensure accuracy of corporate event budgets, cost controls, vendor negotiations, and
achievement of financial targets (P and L awareness from a client-facing lens).
Act as a Single-point-of-contact (SPOC) : Act as the primary liaison for corporate
stakeholders, managing expectations, communications, and status reporting.
Conduct post-event analyses, capture learnings, and implement improvements for future
corporate activations.
Align client expectations with internal capabilities, timelines, venue constraints, and
corporate compliance policies.
Guide ideation for corporate activations (e.g., product launches, leadership summits,
customer conferences, brand experiences) ensuring alignment with brand narrative
Oversee phases from concept to execution : brief, production readiness, onsite operations, risk
assessments, crisis / contingency planning
Lead onsite teams during events; ensure flawless execution, safety compliance, and real-time
issue resolution.
Manage run-of-show, floor plans, seating, stage management, AV / tech specs, signage, and
attendee flow for corporate environments.

Produce briefs, SOWs, project plans, risk registers, post-event reports, and a learnings
repository tailored to corporate programs.
Build trust with senior stakeholders; provide strategic guidance beyond execution.
Deep understanding of corporate events, incentive programs, conferences, and compliance
landscapes
Strong planning, risk management, timelines, and familiarity with enterprise PM tools.
Balance innovative concepts with feasibility, budget, and logistics in corporate settings.
Thrive in fast-paced corporate environments; manage pressure and changing client needs.
