KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & Business Development: Manage the end-to-end gold loan sales process to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the territory to expand market share and customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for gold loan disbursements.
- Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility for gold loan products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to devise effective marketing strategies.
- Process & Compliance Management: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the gold loan process, including application, appraisal, disbursement, and collection procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) norms and all required documentation processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, schemes, and competitive offerings in the gold loan market.
- Team Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, credit, etc.) to ensure seamless customer service and process efficiency.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales process management, preferably within an FMCG or direct sales environment.
- Prior experience specifically in gold loan sales and marketing is highly desirable.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of gold loan products and the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of gold loan process, KYC norms, and essential documentation.
- Proven ability to manage sales processes effectively.
- Experience in planning and executing BTL marketing activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
